Short Venturi
TC Nozzle

Compact Acceleration Principle

While long venturi nozzles are built for massive area coverage, certain technical applications require high-impact energy in a compact form factor. The BLAST APEX Short Venturi Tungsten Carbide (TC) Nozzle utilizes a compressed venturi bore that achieves abrasive acceleration over a shorter physical length.

This design is the industrial standard for close-range precision blasting, cabinet blasting, and spot-cleaning high-hardness scale. Its reduced length (typically 75mm to 100mm) allows the operator to maintain the optimal 12-inch stand-off distance in confined areas where a standard 150mm nozzle would be physically restricted.

Precision & Cabinet ROI Logic

In cabinet blasting and manual spot repairs, control is more valuable than pattern width. The short venturi creates a highly concentrated blast stream, minimizing abrasive "overspray" and focusing the kinetic energy on the target zone. The sintered Tungsten Carbide liner provides 300+ hours of service life, offering a high-ROI alternative to straight-bore nozzles by delivering a 15-20% productivity boost without the bulk of a full-scale long venturi system.
