Wet Blasting & Dust Suppression Logic
The system utilizes a specialized pressure vessel where water and abrasive are mixed under regulated pressure. When the mix reaches the nozzle, the water adds mass to the abrasive particle, increasing its kinetic energy upon impact while simultaneously trapping the dust within the water droplet. This centrifugal dampening logic allows for technical surface preparation in open environments without the need for massive containment tents, significantly reducing setup costs and environmental impact.
