Does BLAST APEX have experience at shipyards?

Yes. We have executed dry dock hull blasting and ballast tank coating projects at major Indian and GCC shipyards. Our mobile blast units operate independently of shipyard infrastructure, minimizing operational impact. We follow SSPC-SP10 and IMO PSPC (Performance Standard for Protective Coatings) MSC.215(82) guidelines for ballast tank coatings. References are available on request.

Can BLAST APEX handle metro rail and bridge projects?

Yes. We have worked on metro rail station structural steel, flyover rehabilitation, and bridge structural coating projects. We comply with IRS (Indian Railways) specifications and MORTH (Ministry of Road Transport & Highways) guidelines for surface preparation and coating application. All work is documented with DFT measurements, surface profile records, and QA sign-off before handover.

Does BLAST APEX export equipment to GCC countries?

Yes. We export sandblasting machines, air compressors, copper slag abrasives, and safety consumables to UAE, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain. Our export documentation includes Certificate of Origin (GST-co certified), commercial invoices, packing lists, and technical datasheets. What coating systems does BLAST APEX use for offshore platforms?

For offshore platform structures, we use ISO 12944 C5-M rated coating systems: inorganic zinc-rich primer (75µm), epoxy intermediate (150µm), and polyurethane top coat (60µm). Total DFT typically 285µm. Surface preparation to Sa2.5 minimum with 40-75µm profile. Metallizing with zinc wire (100µm) is used on submerged zones. All work inspected to NACE SP0108 and documented with photo records and DFT log.
