Pressure Ratio Logic
The "Ratio" (e.g., 68:1) represents the mechanical advantage of the pneumatic motor over the fluid pump. A 68:1 ratio means that for every 1 PSI of input air pressure, the pump generates 68 PSI of fluid pressure. Our high-ratio pumps are specifically engineered to provide the "Force" needed for thick, anti-corrosive industrial coatings, ensuring a uniform finish and correct DFT in fewer passes.
