Pressure-Feed Working Principle
The tank is pressurized with compressed air, which forces the coating material through the fluid hose to the spray gun. Unlike conventional gravity feed, this method allows for consistent fluid delivery at any angle, including overhead spraying. Integrated manual or pneumatic agitators ensure that heavy solids and pigments remain in suspension, preventing settling and ensuring coating consistency.
