The Bristle Blaster is a unique hand-held power tool that provides a surface cleanliness and anchor profile equivalent to traditional grit blasting (Sa 2.5 / Sa 3). Bristle Acceleration Principle
The tool utilizes a rotating belt fitted with high-tensile wire bristles. As the belt rotates, the bristle tips are momentarily "retarded" by an accelerator bar before being released. This "snap-back" effect accelerates the tips to a high velocity, allowing them to impact the surface with the same kinetic energy as abrasive particles, effectively removing corrosion and creating a sharp anchor profile.
