Operational Frequency
Operating at up to 4,000 Blows Per Minute (BPM), the reciprocating needles adjust automatically to the surface contour. This high-velocity mechanical action "hammers" away brittle corrosion layers without damaging the underlying sound steel, creating a clean surface ready for spot blasting or immediate primer application.
