Media cost is nozzle size times pressure times hours. Raise pressure and you clean faster, but you also throw more abrasive and wear the liner. Bid with a worn-nozzle case, not only a new #5.

Copper slag is cheaper per tonne and common on Indian structural work. Garnet is cleaner and often named on marine specs. Steel grit belongs in a recovery floor. Ask BLAST APEX for a tonne plan when you know nozzle, hours and media.
